How do I schedule a service?

Is the Free Initial Virtual Consultation mandatory?
Yes, it’s mandatory before any treatment. This 15-minute consultation (broken into videos) ensures safe, effective, and personalized care. Please complete it at least 72 hours before your treatment. -
How do I know what treatment to schedule?
Start with a First-Time Client Personalized Facial (in-clinic) or Virtual Treatment. After the first session, we’ll design your personalized plan.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
No additional adults are allowed. However, little ones are welcome if needed (subject to change). -
What is your late policy?
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After that, the appointment is canceled. -
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Provide 24-hour notice for changes. Last-minute cancellations will incur a 50% missed-appointment fee. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled with the same fee. -
What if I get sick before my appointment?
Please give 24-hour notice. Failure to notify will result in a 50% charge. If you arrive visibly ill, you’ll be asked to reschedule and charged 100% of the service. -
Do you offer Virtual Sessions?
Yes! Our virtual Zoom sessions are effective for achieving your skincare goals.

Can I just stop by for a product pickup?
No, please text 929-269-1441 to schedule a pickup order. -
Can I walk in to see if you have an opening?
No, we are by appointment only—no walk-ins.

How much should I budget for my first appointment?
Budget between $230-$1000 if you’re serious about your skin. I curate full regimens for optimal results. Great skin is 80% daily homecare and 20% professional treatment. -

What is your chargeback policy?
Any chargebacks will result in a debit for the full amount plus a $1000 inconvenience fee.

What are your shipping details?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders aren’t processed Friday at 12 PM EST through Sunday or on holidays. -
