Cancellation Policy
Memberships: -Bootcamp fee is billed every 2 weeks -Unused Membership treatment does not roll over -Contract may be terminated at anytime by completing remainder of payment(s) of full amount of $1404 -Can’t be combined with any other offers -No cash value -Price subject to change with 60 days notice -Members are encouraged to tip on the full price of services What is your Cancellation/ Rescheduling policy? Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Any changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a missed-appointment fee of 50%, which will be charged to your non-refundable 50% booking fee. We will send you multiple confirmation requests leading up to your appointment to ensure that you are aware of the scheduled time and have the opportunity to confirm or request changes. If you fail to confirm your appointment, it will be cancelled, and you will be charged 50% of the service.
